Cinnamon Snowball Cookies

Hey There!

I recently was flipping through my new baking book, Sally’s Cookie Addiction, and found a recipe that caught my eye – cinnamon snowball cookies! These cookies look awesome, and taste even better!

I made these cookies Gluten-Free, and the flour worked well. The texture and flavor remained the same as if I had made them with wheat flour. I had a lot of fun making these, especially coating them with powdered sugar! 😉

Cakey Sugar Cookies

Hey there!

I love sugar cookies. Who doesn’t? They taste delicious, and are a classic.

Whenever you walk into the bakery section of the grocery store, there are always several boxes of soft, cakey sugar cookies with icing and sprinkles on top. I wanted to make them for myself, because everything is better homemade. 😉

I found this Soft Cakey Sugar Cookie Recipe at Sally’s Baking Addiction, a great baking website with awesome recipes (like the Rainbow Sprinkle Cookies). I made them Gluten-Free, and they tasted very yummy! I used some leftover icing from my Chocolate Heart Cake, with my all-time favorite Buttercream Icing Recipe, and these cookies went wonderfully with them. These cookies are great for dipping into coffee or tea. I loved these cookies, and I’m sure you will too. 😀

Soft-Baked Oreo Cookies Review

Hello!

The argument with Oreos is: Is the cream better, or is the cookie better? My answer is always the same: I like both. 🙂

I found this recipe for Soft-Baked Oreo cookies in March of 2017. This was the beginning of my passion for baking! I like these cookies, but they were definitely on the sweet side. Since the recipe called for 14 Chocolate Oreo cookies, but at the time I used what I had. I didn’t have enough chocolate cookies, so I added in some vanilla Oreos. Next time I make these, I might do half chocolate and half vanilla, but use way less sugar. Then they will be perfect for my tastebuds! 😉

I made them Gluten-Free, and they tasted wonderful. ❤

If you love Oreos, than these cookies are for you!

Applesauce Cookies Review

I love the flavor of applesauce! Craving applesauce one day, I decided to look up applesauce cookies and see if anyone had made them. Turns out, there were a bunch of recipes! One in particular caught my eye, because it’s simple. I don’t need to eat anything extravagant, something simple is totally fine.

I made these GF, and they turned out very well! Tip: The texture of the cookies is flexible and moist, so don’t keep baking them for too long – they’re not undercooked! I love these cookies, they were different than my other recipes I’ve tried. Next time, I personally will add about 1/4 cup more applesauce. Over all, delicious! ❤

Lemon Cookies Review

Hello!

I went to the store about a month ago and bought some lemon extract. Immediately when I got home, I started looking on Pinterest for a recipe with lemon extract in it. Then, right before my eyes, was the recipe for Lemon Cookies! They looked SO delicious and reminded me of my Grandmother’s lemon bars… I HAD to make them!

Once I did, my family LOVED them! Definitely a five-star recipe. I made them Gluten-Free, and the Lemon flavor masked the GF taste wonderfully. I will surely be making these more in the future! 😉

Danish Butter Cookies Review

Hello!

Since I love to bake, butter cookies are fairly simple and delish, but I wanted something more difficult. Danish butter cookies it is! These insanely yummy cookies have a wonderful and fluffy texture than literally melts in your mouth – which only makes you want to eat more!

I made these Gluten-Free. They tasted just like regular cookies and worked fairly well. I had a few issues when piping the dough, but it wasn’t too bad… I would definitely make these again! Five-Stars!

Best Snickerdoodles Review

One of the yummiest recipes I have ever tasted in all my life is the Best Snickerdoodles recipe by High Heels and Grills.  Due to allergies, I substituted Gluten Free flour for regular flour, and you would never have guessed that they were GF.

My family loved them and said they tasted like they were from a bakery!
